What is Culture Fest?
Nonprofit Culture Fest is the only conference dedicated entirely to the people side of nonprofit work: trust, communication, wellbeing, and the systems that support strong culture. Most nonprofit conferences focus on fundraising, programs, or compliance.
We focus on culture — because culture fuels everything else.
The inaugural Culture Fest, which took place April 10, 2026, was a full day of energizing keynotes, practical breakout sessions, community conversations, and real-world tools attendees took back to their organizations right away.

The Nonprofit Culture Detox is a monthly virtual roundtable from Nontoxic Nonprofits, Inc. that brings together nonprofit leaders, staff, funders, board members, and culture practitioners for honest conversations about the cultural toxins harming nonprofit organizations.
Each 60-minute episode focuses on one issue, from burnout and performative equity to overreaching boards and unhealthy leadership norms. Guests name the problem, share real experiences, and close with The Antidote, a practical action organizations can take to begin building healthier, more sustainable cultures.
As part of the Nonprofit Culture Fest ecosystem, The Nonprofit Culture Detox creates space for the sector to move beyond polished talking points and toward real, accountable conversation.
